The question every prospective student asks before committing to a master’s program is the same one: What actually happens after you graduate? For the Class of 2025 at IE New York College<\/a>, the answer is in the numbers. Here is what the IENYC graduate outcomes data shows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every graduate is working<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

100% of the Class of 2025 is working upon graduation.<\/strong>\u00a082% work in the corporate and SME sectors. Meanwhile, 18% have founded their own ventures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That entrepreneurship figure is not incidental. After all, IENYC is located in SoHo, in the middle of one of the world’s most active startup and investor markets<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students spend eleven months working on live partner briefs, building real deliverables and learning from practitioner faculty who are currently running the companies and organizations they teach about. Some graduates go on to work for those organizations. Others build their own.<\/p>\n<\/div>

71% stayed in New York City<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

71% of the Class of 2025 remained in New York City after graduation.<\/strong> 23% returned to Europe. 6% went to the Middle East and Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New York is one of the most competitive job markets in the world. Staying here after a one-year master’s program takes preparation, networks and career infrastructure. The IENYC Talent and Careers team<\/a> works with students throughout the program through career advising, employer partnerships and a dedicated employer partnerships director who actively sources roles from companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Employers who have hired IENYC graduates include organizations across technology, finance, consulting, fashion, fintech and the arts.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Still, the 23% who returned to Europe and the 6% who went to the Middle East and Africa reflect something equally important: education travels. IENYC graduates are not built for one city or one market. Eleven months in the most demanding professional environment in the world builds the kind of judgment and capability that holds up anywhere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All IENYC master’s programs carry STEM designation. For eligible international graduates, this opens the option to apply for up to 3 years of work authorization through the OPT and STEM OPT pathways<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The value here is in the experience. Working in the US market means working in one of the most demanding professional environments in the world on projects with real stakes alongside people who set a high bar. That experience holds up in New York, London, Singapore, Dubai or S\u00e3o Paulo. As a result, Graduates build a portfolio and a set of references that travel with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Class of 2025 is working across six sectors: technology, finance, consulting, fashion, fintech, and the arts. IENYC alumni have gone on to build careers at a wide range of organizations, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
