That entrepreneurship figure is not incidental. After all, IENYC is located in SoHo, in the middle of one of the world’s most active startup and investor markets.
Students spend eleven months working on live partner briefs, building real deliverables and learning from practitioner faculty who are currently running the companies and organizations they teach about. Some graduates go on to work for those organizations. Others build their own.

New York is one of the most competitive job markets in the world. Staying here after a one-year master’s program takes preparation, networks and career infrastructure. The IENYC Talent and Careers team works with students throughout the program through career advising, employer partnerships and a dedicated employer partnerships director who actively sources roles from companies.
Employers who have hired IENYC graduates include organizations across technology, finance, consulting, fashion, fintech and the arts.
Still, the 23% who returned to Europe and the 6% who went to the Middle East and Africa reflect something equally important: education travels. IENYC graduates are not built for one city or one market. Eleven months in the most demanding professional environment in the world builds the kind of judgment and capability that holds up anywhere.
All IENYC master’s programs carry STEM designation. For eligible international graduates, this opens the option to apply for up to 3 years of work authorization through the OPT and STEM OPT pathways.
The value here is in the experience. Working in the US market means working in one of the most demanding professional environments in the world on projects with real stakes alongside people who set a high bar. That experience holds up in New York, London, Singapore, Dubai or São Paulo. As a result, Graduates build a portfolio and a set of references that travel with them.

All IENYC master’s programs are eleven months, full-time. All carry STEM designation, which means eligible graduates can apply for extended work authorization after the program ends.
IENYC offers STEM-designated master’s programs, including the Master of Science in Management, the Master in Global Business and Sustainability and the Master of Science in Business Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. All are accredited by the New York State Education Department.
