IE New York College hosts its Career Week, a launchpad for future sustainability leaders

New York, March 13, 2025 – This week, the 2025 cohort of the Master of Science in Business for Social Impact and Sustainability took part in the IE New York College Career Week, a three-day program designed to program designed to maximize students' career preparation and help them open the doors to professional opportunities in the United States and beyond. 

During the inaugural edition of IENYC Career Week, students from 15 nationalities engaged in a dynamic series of career development activities, including practical workshops, panel discussions, and on-site personalized career advising, in which they acquired the tools needed to create a standout professional profile and design meaningful career paths. 

Throughout the week, students refined their personal and professional brands, honed networking skills, and developed career scenarios with corresponding target company lists. They also attended networking activities with alumni who successfully secured an Optional Practical Training (OPT), a 12-month work authorization available to international students seeking to develop their professional career in the United States.

As a fully licensed higher-education institution in New York, IE New York College delivers a portfolio of masters’ programs focused on Business and Sustainability. Students from 15 nationalities and diverse academic backgrounds recently joined the 2025 edition of the Master of Science in Business for Social Impact and Sustainability, a program that explores innovative strategies to align positive impact with business growth and long-term success. IE New York College will additionally open a Master of Science in Sustainable Fashion in September 2025, followed by the launch of master’s programs in Management, Finance, and Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence in 2026.
