    Through IENYC’s Career Accelerator Curriculum, every student is equipped to navigate the dynamic job market. Each term features self-paced courses, live workshops, and online tools embedded into your studies to keep you on track to reach your post-graduation career goals.

    Applied Capstone Project  

    You will spend the majority of your final term working on the Integrative Business Challenge Capstone. The Capstone Project challenges you to create and execute a robust business plan culminating in a high-stakes presentation to a simulated Board of Directors.

    This capstone is the pinnacle of your academic journey, allowing you to apply your business knowledge to a real-world project while working under the mentorship of a company representative. You'll complete a comprehensive report and presentation, analyze data, and propose innovative solutions. This project will hone your leadership skills and prepare you for real-world challenges in business.

    Job Search, OPT and STEM OPT

    Your Career Accelerator Journey is designed to prepare you for post-graduation career success, whether you are an American student applying for a new position or career advancement, or you are an international student applying for an Optional Practical Training (OPT) work experience. Students graduating from [Insert the program name] are eligible to apply for the 2-year STEM OPT extension.
