IE New York College Celebrates Class of 2025 Graduation Ceremony

IE New York College celebrated the graduation of its first cohort at Lincoln Center in New York. The Class of 2025 completed the Master of Science in Business for Social Impact and Sustainability, a program that reflects IE New York College’s commitment to globally minded, purpose-driven education. 

The ceremony featured welcome remarks from Lilian López, Managing Director of IE New York College, and an opening address by Manuel Muñiz, Chair of the Board of Trustees of IE New York College. Sustainability leader Carolina García Arbeláez, CEO and Co-founder of Myzelio, received the Sustainability Achievement Award and delivered the graduation keynote. IE New York College President Jacqueline LeBlanc closed the event with a message that underscored the lifelong connection between graduates and the IENYC community.

"Our first graduating class represents the vision that inspired IE New York College," said Manuel Muñiz, Chair of the Board of Trustees of IE New York College. "These students have demonstrated that academic excellence and a strong sense of purpose reinforce each other. We are deeply proud of their achievements and confident that they will apply their talent, creativity and values to drive positive change in their organizations and communities."

I hope you carry forward not only the knowledge gained in the classroom but also the values of empathy, integrity and thoughtful leadership that define our community. As alumni, you will remain an essential part of the our community, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact you will make wherever your journey takes you," LeBlanc added.

IE New York College, a US college officially recognized by the State of New York with IE University as its sole member, welcomed this academic year students from over 30 countries to the Master of Science in Business for Social Impact and Sustainability and the Master of Science in Management. In 2026, the College will expand its academic portfolio with a Master in Finance, a Master in Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence, and a Master in Strategic and Creative Marketing, Communication and Media.
