Victor Bultó, President of Novartis US, Discusses the Future of Healthcare and Global Health Systems at IE New York College

IE New York College welcomed Victor Bultó, President of Novartis US, to participate in a session with participants of the Global Senior Management Program, an IE Business School Executive Education program featuring an in-person residential period in New York. The session offered participants an opportunity to engage directly with executives in the global pharmaceutical industry and to gain first-hand perspectives on the transformation of healthcare systems worldwide. The event took place at IE New York College campus in the heart of SoHo, a vibrant hub for Master students from all over the world, creating a unique environment for cross-disciplinary exchange and global dialogue. 

Victor Bultó presented Novartis US’ priorities and reflected on the key differences between the healthcare system in the United States and other global regions. His analysis emphasized the complexity of balancing innovation with access, highlighting the need for business leaders to integrate purpose and societal impact into their core strategies.
