MASTER BOTH SIDES OF THE DEAL

The MS in Real Estate Development & Investment at IENYC prepares ambitious professionals to build careers across both sides of the real estate industry, from investment, finance and acquisitions to development and execution.

Through rigorous, business-focused training in real estate finance, valuation, private equity, capital markets, development and dealmaking, you’ll learn to analyze opportunities, underwrite investments, assess risk and understand how projects are financed, built and delivered. You’ll then deepen your expertise through a specialization in either investment or development.

Based in the heart of New York City, one of the world’s most influential real estate markets, the program brings the industry directly into the classroom. You’ll learn from leading NYC and international practitioners, work with real-world deals and market perspectives, and build a global network of investors, developers and industry leaders.

*The Master in Real Estate Development & Investment has been officially approved by the New York State Education Department and is pending final SEVP authorization to enroll international (F-1) students. While this federal approval is being finalized, applications from both domestic and international candidates are open, and our Admissions team will keep all international applicants informed once visa eligibility is confirmed.
