    What are Capstone Projects?

Capstone Projects are the culminating, hands-on experience of the program. They allow students to apply everything they’ve learned to real-world challenges posed by leading global organizations.

Working in small teams, students collaborate directly with companies, institutions, and startups to deliver actionable, decision-ready solutions, from strategy and innovation to sustainability and data-driven insights.

Unlike traditional academic projects, capstones are:

    • Live business challenges.
    • Client-facing and impact-driven.
    • Structured like real consulting engagements.

    How Capstone Projects Work

Each project follows a structured, step-by-step process, from defining the problem to delivering a final solution.

      Problem Definition

Understanding the challenge. Students are introduced to a real business or policy problem provided by a partner organization.

    • 02.

      Research & Analysis

Building the evidence. Teams gather and analyze information to understand the problem.

    • 03.

      Solution Development

Designing the approach. Based on their analysis, students develop a clear and structured solution.

    • 04.

      Final Delivery

Presenting the outcome. Each project ends with a professional deliverable.
